About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate WordPress Developers who are eager to build a successful career in WordPress and web development. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who want hands-on exposure to WordPress development, WooCommerce, Elementor, PHP, frontend technologies, and real-world client projects.
You will work alongside experienced developers to build, customize, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
- Create and customize pages using Elementor and Gutenberg.
- Assist in WooCommerce store setup, customization, and maintenance.
- Install, configure, and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Perform website testing, debugging, bug fixing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, and cross-browser compatible.
- Support website migration, backup, and deployment activities.
- Follow WordPress coding standards and development best practices.
- Collaborate with senior developers during project execution.
- Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and training sessions.
- Continuously learn new WordPress features, plugins, and development technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Understanding of PHP programming.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Elementor and Gutenberg page builders.
- Basic understanding of WooCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL databases.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with website hosting, cPanel, or deployment concepts is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Internship, academic projects, or freelance experience in WordPress development.
- Basic understanding of Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO fundamentals is a plus.
